What’s Included
- Bedding, towels per person, and kitchen towels.
- Air conditioning, heating, and free WiFi throughout the property.
- Welcome drink on arrival.
- Weekly bedding and towel change for stays over 1 week.
- Access to farm and its activities (e.g., olive harvesting in autumn, garden tending).
- One free parking space per apartment.
- Free baby crib (sheets not included).
Extra Services
- Tourist Tax: €1 per person per night.
- Cleaning Fee: €60 per stay (€90 for 2 weeks, €120 for 3 weeks).
- Beach Towels: €5 per person per week (optional).
- Baby Crib Sheets: €5 per stay (optional).
Booking Process
- Book directly via email (fattoriaadriatica@gmail.com).
- Pay a 50% deposit within 7 days of receiving booking confirmation to secure your reservation. Late payment may result in the apartment being re-rented.
- Full payment is due 10 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 10 weeks, pay the full amount immediately. Late balance payment may lead to cancellation without deposit refund.
- A €150 cash security deposit is required upon arrival (no card payments accepted).
- Email a digital copy of your valid ID to fattoriaadriatica@gmail.com before arrival.
- Check-in: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM. Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy
- Guest Cancellations:
- Notify cancellations via email to fattoriaadriatica@gmail.com. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt.
- Within 7 days of booking confirmation: Full deposit refunded.
- After 7 days, up to 10 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total fee is due (deposit non-refunded).
- Within 10 weeks of arrival: Full fee is due (no refunds).
- Cancellations cannot be transferred to third parties without Fattoria Adriatica’s written approval.
- Cancellation by Fattoria Adriatica:
- If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and attempt to offer a comparable alternative accommodation.
- If no alternative is available, all paid amounts (deposit and balance) will be fully refunded. No further claims are permitted.
- Cancellation Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance to cover potential refunds for unforeseen cancellations, such as illness, travel restrictions, or personal emergencies. For negative travel advisories, you may claim refunds through your insurance provider. Contact your insurance provider to ensure coverage aligns with your needs.
